Today I am thrilled to be joined by food blogger, ex Restaurateur, co-author of the Life Changing Foods Cookbook and all-around funny and cool dude Fouad Kassab!

In this interview, Fouad shares his story of his youth in war-torn Lebanon where the middle east meets the Mediterranean when it comes to food – sensational! Fouad tells us how international aid brought industrial seed oils and refined foods such as spam (yuck) into his diet and how he developed obesity, chronic ear infections, acne and eczema as a result.
Fouad’s message turns away from scarcity, self-hate, immediate change, egoic identity and sickness to abundance, self-love and how a return to health is a daily practice and why it is OK to be ‘work in progress’. Phew, what a relief!
Fouad shares his tips for foodie entrepreneurial success and tells us how he got to work with the fabulous Jo Whitton and how they bonded over their shared hatred of margarine!

Today I had the delight of interviewing a hero in my health journey -my very own Naturopath Rae Powys. It was so exciting, as, whilst Rae know all about me, I know nothing about Rae! Today Rae reveals her sugar burning athletic life pre-paleo, talks about her autoimmune thyroid condition and shares heaps of must know info about gut health.

In this episode Primal Blueprint Guru Erin Power joins me. As well as supporting Primal Health Coaches (like me) in her role working with Mark Sisson, Erin has her own coaching business called EAT SIMPLE.
Erin followed conventional wisdom eating low fat and teaching 16 classes a week and instead of having the body of a Goddess, she was gaining weight – rapidly and becoming pre-diabetic – how on earth did this happen when Erin was doing ‘everything right’?
That’s because everything we thought was right, turned out to be wrong. I love Erin’s clear message around taking the FUSS out of life. Erin is all about effortless health and liberation from fussiness. Bingo!

Ahh, today I am so thrilled to be interviewing my then client, now dear friend Nat! Nat and I connected about a year and a half ago when she started her primal journey with me as her coach. Nat experienced amazing transformation as she found clarity, ease of movement in her joints and a major reduction in her anxiety. What’s more – going primal was totally enjoyable and easy to do, in fact the only thing she has been able to ‘stick to’. Having tried all the diets, shakes and quick fixes out there on the market already, Nat knew she was looking for sustainable healthy change and that is what she got.
Nat shares her personal story of tragedy in this episode and offers amazing actionable tips that you can try to deal with any kind of uncomfortable emotions or situation in your life. Today on the show I chat with Kale Brock. Kale (at just 26!!) is a writer, speaker and producer and is launching his debut movie – THE GUT MOVIE. Kale travelled to Namibia in search of the perfect gut microbiota to live with the San tribe. He observed how the San ate, lived, slept, and connected and brought back some of their poo for analysis! Kale talks us through his experience and how things changed for him in such a short period of time.
Kale offers heaps of tips including where to get started with improving your gut health – without having to leave the country! Kale follows a whole food diet, shops locally, spends time in nature with an emphasis on getting good sleep and not being too busy.

Holy wowsers! In this mega juicy and bursting with totally useful information episode, I get to interview my fave podcast host, the fabulous Elle Russ. Elle is a bestselling author of The Paleo Thyroid Solution, a Life/Health Coach, host of the Primal Blueprint podcast and is a course development consultant and Advisory Board Member for the Primal Health Coach Program (of which I am a graduate!!)
