When Sarah Clark was 28 years old, she received a diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. She accepted the diagnosis and had both her children through in vitro fertilization. Years later she realized the root cause of her infertility was a food intolerance.
She is a certified life coach with accreditation from the International Coaches Federation and a health coach with training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
She is the author of Fabulously Fertile – Supercharge your Fertility Naturally, Fabulously Fertile Cookbook and Fertility Preparation Program. Menses. Me monthlies. The curse. Being ‘on’! All of those negative connotations will be obliterated in today’s episode – in fact, I thought I was quite down with it and rad when it comes to menstruation but seems I am not – which was a nice aha for me!

I am really excited to welcome Primalista Rosie’s sister Robyn Puglia onto the show today!Robyn is a Clinical Nutritionist and IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Robyn is very involved with the field of Coeliac Disease, Gluten-Reactive Disorders and Autoimmune Disease. Her passion for biochemistry and deep conviction regarding the healing power of food and lifestyle change, has led her to work with complex cases, involving multiple diagnoses, chronic infections and complex health issues such as ME, chronic Lyme and fibromyalgia.
Robyn runs a busy private practice in London and additionally sees clients in Tokyo and New York. She also has a virtual practice via Skype that allows her to work with people who are unable to visit her in person due to ill health or distance.
Additionally, to consulting, Robyn provides technical support and clinical education for Regenerus Laboratories and mentors other nutritionists and physicians on all aspects of nutrition and Functional Medicine.
